Job Title: Associate / Sr. Engineer – Should Costing (Machining)

Job Description:
We are seeking an Associate / Sr. Engineer with strong expertise in should costing for machined components used in off-highway products. The role involves working as an individual contributor on cost estimation and process identification.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cost estimation & should-cost analysis for machined parts
• Study drawings and identify suitable manufacturing processes
• Select machines & calculate cycle times
• Assess processes for machining, casting, forging, and welding
• Support VA/VE initiatives and cost saving through benchmarking

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Auto Ancillary, OEM, Agriculture, Construction Equipment, or Engineering Services
• Good knowledge of machining processes, costing, and estimation
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with costing tools (Costimator, aPriori, Hyperlean, etc.) preferred
• B.E. (Mechanical/Production) or Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering
• Good communication skills in English
