Associate - Strategic Advisory and Restructuring (Detroit)

McDonald Hopkins LLC seeks an associate to join its Strategic Advisory and Restructuring Services Department in its Detroit office.

We’re seeking a driven and talented attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role advising public and private companies, executives, and investors navigating complex financial challenges. You’ll work closely with clients across industries on high-stakes matters involving out-of-court restructurings, distressed transactions, and Chapter 11 proceedings.

The ideal candidate combines top-tier academic credentials with a strong work ethic, sound judgment, and superior writing and analytical skills. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to take ownership of sophisticated client matters from day one.
