Support the Strategy & Business Management function by leading the preparation of management information, dashboards, and presentations, while also contributing to business planning, KPI tracking, budgeting, and strategic analysis.

The role requires strong technical and communication skills, with the ability to manage projects, support relevant management committees, and leverage data for reporting and planning purpose.

Extract, clean, and reconcile data from the core banking system and other data/MI sources.

Develop and maintain dashboards, MI reports, and management packs (Excel, Power BI, etc.).

Automate reporting processes where possible (Excel macros, SQL, Power Query).

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all reported information.

Prepare polished executive-level presentations.

Support strategic initiatives through research, competitive benchmarking, and market analysis.

Draft terms of reference, policies, procedures, and governance documentation.

Assist in preparing materials, minutes, and action trackers for relevant management committees.

Support project management activities, including coordination, tracking deliverables, and stakeholder follow-up.

Support the implementation and adoption of the Bank’s CRM platform.

Assist in designing and maintaining pipeline reports, account planning tools, and client dashboards.

Provide insights from CRM data to support strategic decision-making and client management.

Assist in the annual business planning and budgeting process, including preparation of KPIs, performance dashboards, and variance analysis.
