Support the Strategy & Business Management function by leading the preparation of management information, dashboards, and presentations, while also contributing to business planning, KPI tracking, budgeting, and strategic analysis.


  • The role requires strong technical and communication skills, with the ability to manage projects, support relevant management committees, and leverage data for reporting and planning purpose.
  • Extract, clean, and reconcile data from the core banking system and other data/MI sources.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, MI reports, and management packs (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Automate reporting processes where possible (Excel macros, SQL, Power Query).
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all reported information.
  • Prepare polished executive-level presentations.
  • Support strategic initiatives through research, competitive benchmarking, and market analysis.
  • Draft terms of reference, policies, procedures, and governance documentation.
  • Assist in preparing materials, minutes, and action trackers for relevant management committees.
  • Support project management activities, including coordination, tracking deliverables, and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of the Bank’s CRM platform.
  • Assist in designing and maintaining pipeline reports, account planning tools, and client dashboards.
  • Provide insights from CRM data to support strategic decision-making and client management.
  • Assist in the annual business planning and budgeting process, including preparation of KPIs, performance dashboards, and variance analysis.
