Associate (Supply Chain)

Stores Inspector Incharge
Role Objective
The Associate will ensure the integrity, compliance, and efficiency of incoming parts and materials essential for aircraft maintenance and operations. This includes inspection, documentation, storage, and coordination with relevant teams to maintain airworthiness and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Inspect all incoming parts, hardware, and consumables in line with regulatory standards and company procedures (MOE).

Issue Stores Acceptance/Quarantine Tags for inspected items.

Transfer approved parts to Stores and escalate issues with quarantined items to the Quality team.

Verify packaging, documentation, and approved sources for all stored items.

Maintain proper storage conditions, including shelf-life monitoring and stock rotation.

Remove expired products and update records to ensure accurate traceability.

Handle Dangerous Goods (DG) in compliance with safety regulations.

Report any incorrect data, defects, or potential safety risks through occurrence reporting.

Support continuous improvement in inventory and inspection processes.
Qualifications & Experience

Graduate or Diploma (3 years) in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or related field.

1–3 years of experience in stores inspection (aviation preferred).

Experience of 3+ years in stores/warehouse operations (aviation industry desirable).
Skills & Competencies
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to multitask effectively.

Knowledge of aviation practices, logistics, and customs procedures.

Familiarity with Safety Management Systems.

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
