Skills Required:

Technical Proficiency:
Proficient with WMS, MIS reporting and MS Excel for data management and analysis.

Good written and verbal communication for coordinating with vendors, replenishment, and internal teams.

Operational & Analytical:
Strong operational skills with a keen eye for detail, coupled with the ability to analyze data and reconcile inventory records.

Problem-Solving:
Proactive in identifying and resolving issues related to shipments, vendors and operations.
What will you do?
-
Manage the order fulfilment cycle by ensuring timely picklist creation in the WMS.
-
Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure the swift processing of orders for internal transfers and replenishment across all sales channels.

Liaise with the Logistics team to track and ensure the timely delivery of all stock shipments.
-
Check and track recall shipments from EBOs, 3PLs and replenishment to ensure proper return and processing.
-
Prepare MIS reports related to different types of inventory, including reconciliation in 3PLs and dark stores, replenishment order dispatch and SKU-level dispatch reports.

Oversee the operational workflow to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of goods from procurement to delivery.

Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory records and operational integrity across all distribution points.
