Associate - Supply Chain Operations

You should apply if you have:

• Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems and MIS reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination.

• Experience in vendor management.
• Strong operational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Lack of experience in using WMS or creating MIS reports.
• Struggle with managing vendors and building professional relationships.
• Are not comfortable with data reconciliation and analysis in Excel.
• Are not a proactive problem-solver.
• Prefer working in a slow-paced environment.

Skills Required:

• Technical Proficiency: Proficient with WMS, MIS reporting and MS Excel for data management and analysis.
• Communication & Vendor Management: Good written and verbal communication for coordinating with vendors, replenishment, and internal teams.
• Operational & Analytical: Strong operational skills with a keen eye for detail, coupled with the ability to analyze data and reconcile inventory records.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving issues related to shipments, vendors and operations.

What will you do?

• Manage the order fulfilment cycle by ensuring timely picklist creation in the WMS.
• Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure the swift processing of orders for internal transfers and replenishment across all sales channels.
• Liaise with the Logistics team to track and ensure the timely delivery of all stock shipments.
• Check and track recall shipments from EBOs, 3PLs and replenishment to ensure proper return and processing.
• Prepare MIS reports related to different types of inventory, including reconciliation in 3PLs and dark stores, replenishment order dispatch and SKU-level dispatch reports.
• Oversee the operational workflow to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of goods from procurement to delivery.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory records and operational integrity across all distribution points.

Work Experience:

• Experience in a similar supply chain or replenishment role is essential.
