Associate Talent Acquisition

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for IT and software services positions, stakeholder management, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about hiring top talent in the IT industry and growing their career in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations.
• Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical evaluations.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage offer negotiation, release, and pre-joining engagement.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
• Work closely with the HR team on employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT/software services domain.
• Strong understanding of IT skill sets and industry hiring trends.
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements within deadlines.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and a strong team player.
