ASSOCIATE TEACHER (*SIGN ON BONUS - $500.00 after Paid after 90 days of continuous employment)
Full-time hourly position $25 - $27 an hour. 12 CORE units REQUIRED, Associate Teacher Permit or higher desired. Seeking educators who are passionate about early childhood education and confident in their abilities. Position Description: Assumes responsibility for the development and education of children, modeling of developmentally appropriate curriculum and agency policies and procedures within their assigned classroom.
The Opportunity:
As an Associate Floater, you will be responsible for a range of ages from our infant room (From 2 years old) to our school age classrooms. We are seeking a confident, skilled educator who can lead through modeling, structure, and relationship-based care.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: $25– $27.00 per hour (Based upon Experience)
The Role: Assumes responsibility for a team and the development and education of children. You will model developmentally appropriate curriculum and agency policies while overseeing classroom routines and meal-time clean-up.

Requirements: 12 CORE ECE units REQUIRED; 6+ months experience in a licensed facility. Must start within 3 weeks. Live Scan required (reimbursed after 90 days). Competent in childhood education and confident in their abilities.
