Join Our Growing Practice

We are a dynamic and compassionate team of mental health professionals providing virtual therapy services specializing in trauma, relationship dynamics, emotional health, and supporting individuals navigating life’s challenges. We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled associate therapist and/or counselor to join our practice in California. This position is designed for clinicians seeking to build and maintain a full caseload within a supportive, marketing-backed group practice. Clinicians in this role are expected to work toward and sustain approximately 22–35 active clients, with referrals and administrative support provided by the practice.

We are looking for:

• A board-approved associate therapist or counselor with at least 1 year of experience in virtual counseling and a good retention rate with clients
• Experience in trauma, relationship work, emotional health, and other related therapeutic practices
• Are able and willing to build toward a minimum caseload of at least 22 clients, with expectation to grow to 30+ consistent clients a week.
• Are seeking a long-term, growth-oriented role within a group practice
• Strong skills in building rapport and creating a safe, affirming space for clients
• Active associate licensure in the state of California
• Commitment to long-term employment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule initially to meet client needs and build hours
