We are seeking a proactive, discreet, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our lead Project Manager. You will be the "gatekeeper," managing the PM’s time and priorities so they can focus on high-level strategy and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Maintain and update project schedules, charts, and task lists.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and detailed minutes.
  • Manage project documentation, ensuring all files are organized and accessible.
  • Follow up with team members on pending tasks and upcoming deadlines.
  • Draft project updates and status reports.
  • Identify potential project risks and bring them to the Project Manager’s attention.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management.
  • Organization: Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Project Management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must).
  • Must have experience in handling Social Media teams and projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
