We are seeking a proactive, discreet, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our lead Project Manager. You will be the "gatekeeper," managing the PM’s time and priorities so they can focus on high-level strategy and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Maintain and update project schedules, charts, and task lists.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and detailed minutes.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring all files are organized and accessible.
- Follow up with team members on pending tasks and upcoming deadlines.
- Draft project updates and status reports.
- Identify potential project risks and bring them to the Project Manager’s attention.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management.
- Organization: Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Project Management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must).
- Must have experience in handling Social Media teams and projects.
