Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate-to-Equity General Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care in a relationship-oriented setting. This role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment that emphasizes professional growth and development. Dr. Ross teaches pre-doctoral and post-doctoral dental students at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, so this would be a great mentorship opportunity. We have eight dental operatories and excessive amounts of new patients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive dental care, including general dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, and prosthodontics.
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Perform dental procedures such as extractions, root canal therapy, and dental fabrication.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Utilize dental software systems (Dentrix) for patient management and record keeping.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment for patients.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to deliver high-quality patient care in a four-handed dentistry setting.
  • Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices to enhance patient outcomes. We utilize CADCAM, CEREC, Exocad, digital xrays, CBCT's, Guided Implant Surgery software, among many other advances pieces of technology.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state dental license.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and dental terminology.
  • Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and infection control standards.
  • Previous experience in a dental clinic or office setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.

Compensation

  • Compensation would be based on a percentage of collections, with a $15,000/mo guarantee for the first 6 months
