About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Travel & Logistics Coordinator
to support our growing team of trainers and facilitators. This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination of client-side interviews, travel arrangements, and administrative logistics.
Key Responsibilities

Trainer Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate client-side interviews for trainers.

Maintain up-to-date calendars and availability of trainers.

Act as the primary point of contact between trainers and clients for logistical arrangements.

Travel Management:
-
Plan and book travel (flights, accommodation, local transport) for trainers based on training schedules.
-
Ensure cost-effective and timely travel arrangements in line with company policies.
-
Handle last-minute changes and travel emergencies efficiently.

Logistics & Documentation:

Coordinate issuance and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs) for training engagements.
-
Maintain accurate records of travel expenses, bookings, and reimbursements.

Liaise with finance and procurement teams to ensure timely processing of invoices and POs.

Client Coordination:

Communicate with client representatives to confirm schedules, venue logistics, and special requirements.

Ensure all logistical needs are met for on-site or virtual training sessions.

Reporting & Compliance:

Prepare regular reports on travel and logistics activities.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in business administration or any other degree.

0-2+ years of experience in travel coordination, logistics, or administrative support.

Experience working in the education or training sector is a plus.
