Position Overview:

The Associate Trial Attorney will handle a range of civil litigation matters, including insurance defense and related claims, from inception through trial. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of trial or litigation experience, excellent advocacy skills, and the ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with a seasoned legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other filings.
• Represent clients in court and during mediations or settlement negotiations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
• Contribute to case strategy and trial preparation with senior attorneys.

Requirements:

• Active Florida Bar membership (in good standing).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil litigation or insurance defense.
• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a full caseload and work independently.
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to ethical and client-focused practice.
