We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a UI/UX Web Designer. As a fresher, you will work alongside experienced designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces.
Responsibilities
User Interface (UI) Design:
Create visually engaging and aesthetically pleasing web designs, including layout, color schemes, typography, and icons.
Work with design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, and Sketch to build wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Collaborate with developers to ensure the designs are implemented effectively and meet web standards.
User Experience (UX) Design:
Conduct user research, including user testing, surveys, and feedback sessions to understand user needs and behaviors.
Create user personas, user journeys, and flowcharts to map out and improve the user experience.
Prototyping & Interaction Design:
Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate design ideas and functionality.
Use prototyping tools to simulate user interactions and ensure the design works across different devices and screen sizes.
Refine and improve prototypes based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
Participate in design workshops, training sessions, and other learning opportunities to enhance your skills.
Requirements
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
Understanding of UI design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
Familiarity with UX research methods like user testing and persona development is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Creative mindset with a passion for designing user-friendly, innovative interfaces.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot design inconsistencies.
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to learn and improve design skills through feedback and mentorship.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
