We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Associate Vice President (AVP), Growth Marketing to be our primary revenue driver and a hands-on leader. This role is defined by a dual mandate: establishing the holistic growth strategy and actively driving its execution across key digital channels.
The ideal candidate is a player-coach with 10-15 years of experience who maintains deep, current expertise in digital marketing tools and techniques. This AVP will be responsible for defining, developing, managing, and tracking campaigns from start to finish, driving significant, measurable growth in both lead generation and existing account expansion.
Key Responsibilities & Execution Focus
Digital Campaign Ownership and Execution
Campaign Management and Tracking: Lead the end-to-end development, deployment, and meticulous tracking of all multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with pipeline targets and revenue goals.
SEO/SEM/AEO Optimization: Personally own the strategy and work with the team to drive execution for Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), constantly optimizing for high-intent traffic and conversion.
Paid and Organic Social Media: Direct the strategy and hands-on optimization for all paid and organic social media channels, focusing on maximizing engagement, lead capture, and brand visibility while managing the analytics and reporting.
Email Marketing and Nurturing: Design, manage, and execute advanced email marketing programs, including complex lead nurturing sequences, segmentation strategies, and lifecycle communications to guide prospects through the funnel.
Conversion and On-Page Optimization: Drive on-page optimization across key landing pages and high-traffic content, including CTA performance, page structure, and SEO fundamentals, in partnership with Content and Marketing Operations.
Strategic Programs and Account Growth
Full-Funnel Growth Strategy: Architect and lead the strategy focused on optimizing the customer journey across the entire lifecycle, ensuring purposeful growth and increased Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Define and personally champion the company's Account-Based Marketing strategy, partnering closely with Sales to execute highly personalized campaigns targeting high-value accounts for both acquisition and expansion.
Leadership, Operations, and Alignment
Team and Partner Direction: Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and project oversight to the small internal team responsible for website management and social media execution.
Marketing Operations Partnership: Act as the key partner to the Marketing Operations function, dictating campaign requirements, ensuring the seamless integration of MarTech with the CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and guaranteeing robust closed-loop reporting.
Content Collaboration: Work hand-in-glove with the Content Team to translate marketing strategies and SEO/SEM needs into a compelling content roadmap that fuels demand generation efforts.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics (GA4) and other reporting tools to meticulously analyze campaign performance, website traffic, conversion funnels, and channel ROI, translating data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience and Expertise
10-15+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, with a minimum of 5-7 years in a senior leadership role focused on Growth Marketing and Demand Generation.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
Proven "Player-Coach" capability: Must demonstrate deep, recent, hands-on experience in executing digital marketing tactics (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email).
Expert-level knowledge in the practical application and management of core digital channels, including:
Paid Media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
SEO/SEM/AEO best practices
Marketing Automation/Email Nurturing
Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying successful ABM strategies.
Technical Proficiency
Mandatory hands-on expertise with major CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and the ability to dictate integration requirements.
Advanced proficiency in web analytics platforms, specifically Google Analytics (GA4), for granular tracking, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Strong understanding of attribution models and data governance necessary for clean reporting in partnership with Marketing Operations.
Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $160,000-$190,000 a year. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to current market conditions, location, education, work experience, certifications, etc. IKS Health offers a competitive benefits package, including healthcare, 401k, and paid time off (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements for full-time employees).
