We are expanding our creative team and looking to hire a motivated Associate Video Editor with a passion for storytelling and digital content. This is a growth-focused role ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative individual with a keen eye for video content, a basic grip on editing tools, and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team. You’ll work closely with senior editors, designers, and the marketing team to produce engaging video content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in editing content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Apply basic motion graphics, transitions, and audio syncing
• Adapt video content for different platforms and formats
• Follow feedback and editing guidelines from senior editors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) – preferably in media sciences, design, or related field
• 0–1 year of professional editing experience (freelance or in-house)
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Portfolio is mandatory – YouTube content experience preferred
• Strong interest in digital content creation and learning advanced techniques
• Salary: Rs 40,000/month (Fixed – Performance-based growth opportunities)
• Supportive team environment with exposure to national & international projects.
