Replay the Day is a wedding content creation business focused on capturing authentic, behind-the-scenes, and candid storytelling moments throughout wedding days. Our goal is to help couples preserve the emotional, in-between memories that make their celebration unique.

We are currently looking for creative, reliable Associate Wedding Content Creators to join our growing team and help capture weddings across New England.

This is a freelance, independent contractor position designed for individuals who are passionate about weddings, social media content creation, and visual storytelling.

Position Overview

The Associate Wedding Content Creator will work at wedding and event locations to capture photo and video content throughout the day. You will work alongside photography, videography, and vendor teams to document meaningful moments while maintaining a professional and respectful presence.

This role requires someone who is comfortable working in dynamic social environments while staying focused on capturing high-quality, thoughtful content.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture photo and video content at weddings and events
• Film couples, families, and guests in a discreet and professional manner
• Document important moments, elevated details, and authentic interactions as they naturally occur
• Collaborate respectfully with other vendor teams to best capture the couple’s story
• Follow creative direction and event timelines as needed

Requirements

• Must be based in New England (Rhode Island preferred)
• Willingness to travel throughout New England for events
• Weekend availability
• Reliable transportation
• iPhone 15 or newer required
• Experience shooting content on iPhone
• Strong understanding of short-form video and social media trends
• Calm, professional, and detail-oriented presence in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Wedding industry experience
• Content creation, photography, or videography experience
• Strong eye for storytelling, aesthetics, and emotional moments
• Familiarity with editing short-form content (editing experience is a plus but not required)
