Association Coordinator

Job Summary

Looking for a new member for our diverse team!

Financial background necessary. Duties include AP/AR, preparing bank deposits, tax prep, bank reconciliations for multiple types of accounts, processing expense reports, creating financial disbursements and reports such as cash flow and income statements. Perform audits & submit accurate findings to team members & clients. Must be a problem solver, fluent in excel, detail oriented, thrive with deadlines, prioritize customer service, both in written form and verbally, and be efficient whether working solo or on a team project. Monday thru Friday 32-40 hours a week

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and financial management practices. This role is critical in driving financial strategy, maintaining compliance, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the preparation and analysis of financial reports.
  • Oversee general ledger accounting, including account analysis, balance sheet reconciliation, and cash accounting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights on financial performance and support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure timely completion of all regulatory reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role within a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, cash accounting, and regulatory reporting standards.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
