Assortment Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from related departments
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Product/Category Management/Procurement
• Negotiation skills and ability to assert oneself
• Strong analytical skills to analyze data and strategic holistic mindset to implement the asserted strategy
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Experience in retail, consumer electronic, market research industry is a plus
• Pro-active and self-motivated, willing to take responsibility
• Customer oriented
• Support open communication and feedback culture
• Open to change and lead innovation
• Have no restriction to travel

Job Description:

• Responsible for the assortment management in the relevant categories
• Following up the market trends closely and taking necessary actions
• Monitoring and analyzing the market & competition and focusing on the improvement areas
• Making deep dive market data analysis and setting-up the assortment accordingly
• Implementing global cat-man approach of MSH group
• SKU based & Store based analysis to determine the correct assortment, in a structured way
• Tracking the availability and achieving the targeted KPIs
• Preparing planograms (SKU plans) for each store for the relevant category
• Playing active role in defining strategic assortments in the relevant categories
• Making sales & stock performance analysis to optimize the assortment
