Job Profile:
- Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, product launches, and brand activations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and production partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare detailed event plans, checklists, and timelines to track project milestones.
- Support budgeting and cost management, including vendor quotations, negotiations, and approvals.
- Manage on-ground event logistics — setup, manpower, branding, registration, and client servicing.
- Ensure adherence to event standards, timelines, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee event deliverables such as stage design, AV setup, hospitality, transportation, and technical arrangements.
- Handle post-event reporting, feedback collection, and documentation.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure quality and cost efficiency.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
