Key responsibilities
- Record keeping: Enter and maintain financial data accurately in ledgers and accounting systems.
- Transaction processing: Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Financial reporting: Assist in preparing financial summaries and reports.
- Account management: Monitor accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Administrative support: Handle administrative tasks, organize financial records, and communicate with vendors or departments to resolve billing issues.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting best practices and internal controls.
