Key Responsibilities & Expertise
- Managing billing and payroll processing for 130+ clients and 1,000+ employees on a monthly basis.
- Preparing salary consolidation statements and coordinating bank transfers in scheduled lots as per management approvals.
- Conducting monthly salary reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensuring timely submission of client bills along with requisite supporting documents.
- Handling Accounts Payables (AP) and Accounts Receivables (AR) with precision.
- Raising and validating customer invoices while ensuring all SLA commitments are met.
- Filing of GST, PT, PF, ESI, and TDS returns; coordinating with auditors for statutory filings and compliance.
- Preparing and presenting MIS reports, JV reports, and other financial statements as required.
- Conducting arrears calculations for DA revisions in line with government notifications.
- Preparing Profit & Loss reports prior to monthly salary disbursement.
- Managing Record-to-Report (R2R) processes along with petty cash handling.
- Preparing and administering Bonus, Earned Leave (EL), and National & Festival Holiday (NFH) calculations.
- Leading and mentoring payroll and accounts executives in day-to-day operations.
- Compiling and presenting monthly reconciliations, audit reports, and financial data to management.
- Ensuring quality control in all financial processes, particularly in invoice generation and salary processing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
