He or Shall responsible for
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition to differentiate the brand in the market.
- Manage all aspects of brand identity, including logos, taglines, visual assets, and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns and initiatives across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and execution.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including brand awareness, customer perception, and market share, and use insights to optimize brand strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and challenges for the brand.
- Manage brand budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and track spending to maximize return on investment.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, vendors, and agencies.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support as needed.
- Online platform management-Manage and optimise brand presence on delivery platforms.
- Monitor ratings, reviews, and customer feedback daily and coordinate with operations for quick resolution.
- Plan platform-based campaigns and promotional activities to increase online sales
- Campaign & Sales-Driven Marketing
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns (Ramadan, Onam, Christmas, New Year, etc.).
- Support new outlet launches with structured marketing plans.
- Drive footfall growth and increase average order value through targeted promotions.
- WhatsApp Marketing & Automation
- Develop and manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns and sales targets.
Qualification/Skills
- 4 yearsexperience as a Brand Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Leadership and project management skills
- Knowledge of branding principles and best practices
