Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Civil Engineer to support construction, renovation, and maintenance projects at our premium club. The role involves supervision of small building works, structural modifications, interiors, and infrastructure upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of civil construction projects (small buildings, extensions, repairs, and refurbishments).
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution of work.
• Supervise site activities to ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and safety protocols.
• Prepare estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and material requirements.
• Monitor material usage, cost control, and ensure minimal wastage.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports for management.
• Assist in obtaining required permissions/compliances for civil works.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of club infrastructure (drainage, plumbing, flooring, structural safety).

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in civil construction or site supervision (experience in hospitality/club projects preferred).
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).
• Flexible to work on-site and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
