bout the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Semi-Qualified Company Secretary to support our secretarial and compliance functions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of corporate laws and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and filing ROC forms and statutory returns.

Support in conducting Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings.

Drafting notices, minutes, resolutions, and compliances reports.

Help ensure compliance under the Companies Act and other applicable laws.

Maintain and update statutory registers & records.

Liaise with regulators, auditors, and stakeholders as required.

Provide support in corporate governance and internal compliance processes.

Coordinating with Banks related work.

Required Qualifications

CS Executive passed or pursuing CS Professional.

Good understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, and secretarial standards.

Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic legal research.
