Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement landscaping project
- Direct leadership for the installation crew
- Be the "on site" contact for clients
- Assist with Project Management
- Coordinate work site and crew
- Spray lawns, trees and shrubs using unrestricted fertilizers and insecticides
- Plant grass, flowers, trees and shrubs
- Prune shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth
- Respond to all reactive incidents within the specified service level agreements
- Remove debris from stairs and walk-ways, rakes leaf's and mow lawns
- Water trees, shrubs and lawns and performs irrigation activities
- Operate large power lawn mowers, edger's, hand tools and large vehicles associated with ground maintenance and landscaping activities
- Operate pick-up trucks, flat-rack trucks and dump trucks for hauling purposes and for trash and debris removal
- Perform minor maintenance and repair on equipment and tools as required
- Assist in the maintenance of parking lots and other surfaces, including asphalt repairs and minor masonry or plastering work as required
- Carry out, to the best of your ability, all tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager
- Always maintain a clean and tidy appearance. Uniform must be worn and should be clean and in a good state of repair
- Comply with all processes and procedures (Human Resources, HSEQ, Finance, Information Technology, Procurement, Operations) which include compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of the local labour law
