We curate world-class conferences, exhibitions, summits, and awards, connecting industry leaders, enterprises, startups, and policymakers worldwide. The flagship events include GAISA, Startup Mahakumbh, WORSO, IISEF, ESCOM, Technoxian etc.

Role Overview

The Assistant Director – Event Sales will play a critical leadership role in driving overall event revenue, managing high-value sponsorships, exhibitor sales, and strategic partnerships. This position requires a strong sales leader who can design revenue strategies, manage senior sales teams, and close marquee deals for large-scale national and international events.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue & Sales Leadership

  • Own and drive end-to-end revenue targets for conferences, expos, and award platforms
  • Lead sponsorship, exhibitor, and delegate sales across multiple events
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, pricing models, and revenue forecasts
  • Personally handle and close high-value enterprise and global sponsorship deals
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing event sales team
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability across the sales function
  • Conduct regular sales reviews, pipeline analysis, and target tracking
  • Build long-term relationships with CXOs, global brands, tech leaders, and industry associations
  • Design customized sponsorship and brand-integration solutions for partners
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and production teams to deliver sponsor value
  • Represent FutureTech Media at industry forums, networking events, and global summits
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the tech events ecosystem
  • Support expansion into new markets, geographies, and event formats

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 7–12 years of experience in event sales, media sales, sponsorships, or B2B partnerships
  • Proven success in closing large-ticket sponsorship and exhibitor deals
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and commercial acumen
  • Experience in technology, AI, or innovation-led events is highly preferred

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with global conferences, exhibitions, or award platforms
  • Established network across enterprises, startups, government bodies, and tech ecosystems
  • Experience managing multi-crore / multi-million revenue portfolios
  • Candidate must possess own Laptop.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka
