Job Scope

• Support the department in tracking performance indicators and ensuring goals are met.
• Plan and manage manpower and budget resources.
• Coordinate and provide secretariat support for committees.
• Plan, roll out, and evaluate workplace safety and staff well being programmes.
• Oversee operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage staff protection processes, including prevention efforts and post incident support.
• Participate in organisation wide projects and emergency response activities when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Job Requirements

• Degree in a relevant field
• Strong organisational, coordination and project management skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
