Asst. Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and develop vendors for engineering materials and project components.
• Prepare RFQs, comparative statements, negotiations, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with planning, stores, and accounts for timely material delivery and payment processing.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to quality and delivery timelines.
• Maintain and update the procurement database and MIS reports.
• Support management in cost optimization and strategic sourcing initiatives.

• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Sound knowledge of procurement processes and ERP systems.
• Experience in engineering/manufacturing industry preferred.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and vendor management abilities.
