Asst. General Manager

Experience: 5+ Years (Automobile/Two-wheeler industry preferred)

Salary: Based on experience + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete showroom operations – sales, service, and customer experience
• Lead and manage sales & service teams to achieve monthly targets
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and timely vehicle delivery
• Handle customer escalations and ensure high satisfaction
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO agents for smooth operations
• Regularly report performance metrics to management
• Implement marketing strategies to boost walk-ins and sales

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership & team management skills
• Good communication & decision-making ability
• Knowledge of showroom operations, sales process & customer service
• Experience in handling a team of sales/service executives
• Basic knowledge of billing, stock, finance & insurance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
