Position : Assistant HR Manager

Experince: 7+ yrs

Location : Madurai

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for all departments.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRMS data, attendance, and leave management.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and promote a positive work culture.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, confirmations, exits, and HR operational activities.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Drive performance management processes including KPI/OKR evaluations.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning & development programs.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly HR reports and support management with HR analytics.
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and support organizational process improvements.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field..
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience in HRMS tools, MS Excel, and HR operations.
  • Work Timings : 08:30 am to 05:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
