Position : Assistant HR Manager

Location : Madurai
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for all departments.
- Maintain and update employee records, HRMS data, attendance, and leave management.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and promote a positive work culture.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, confirmations, exits, and HR operational activities.
- Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Drive performance management processes including KPI/OKR evaluations.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning & development programs.
- Prepare weekly/monthly HR reports and support management with HR analytics.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and support organizational process improvements.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field..
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience in HRMS tools, MS Excel, and HR operations.
- Work Timings : 08:30 am to 05:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
