Asst. HR Manager

As the “Assistant HR Manager”, your role is to harness the power of employees and to develop people-related strategies that promotes corporate values and enable business success through human resources management. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Master Degree preferably MBA specializing in HR.
• Proven work experience as a Assistant Manager HR / Sr.HR Executive or similar role in media and entertainment industry.
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS).
• Solid understanding of labour legislation.
• Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
• Prior experience in Animation, Gaming, or VFX studios will be considered a strong advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
