Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various departments (job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate requirements.
- Draft and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with third-party recruitment agencies when necessary.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
- Assist in employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Participate in HR projects and support general HR administrative tasks as needed.
