Asst. Human Resource Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies
- Oversee attendance, leave policies, and disciplinary matters
- Supervise employee evaluations, performance reviews, and career growth plans
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and internal development initiatives
- Drive employee engagement and retention strategies
- Liaise with department heads to align HR functions with operational needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
- 3–5 years of proven experience in HR management (Pharma/FMCG sector preferred)
- Strong command over HR software, payroll systems, and MS Office
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR practices
