Asst. Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies
  • Oversee attendance, leave policies, and disciplinary matters
  • Supervise employee evaluations, performance reviews, and career growth plans
  • Coordinate training programs, workshops, and internal development initiatives
  • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Liaise with department heads to align HR functions with operational needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in HR management (Pharma/FMCG sector preferred)
  • Strong command over HR software, payroll systems, and MS Office
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR practices
