Job description

  • Role & responsibilities
  • Finalization of accounts: Preparing Yearly P&L and Balance Sheet as per the Companies Act and getting the statutory audit done
  • Overall Supervision of Companies Day to Day function of accounts, finance and Taxation Including MIS, ROC Compliance, AUDIT etc.
  • Taxation: - Preparing the projected profitability statement for the company for Advance tax working.
  • Independently able to file Quarterly/Monthly TDS TCS Return for the group companies and Timely issue of Form 16 & Form 16 A.
  • Attending income tax assessment notice as per the requirement of Consultant auditor.
  • Accounts & MIS:- Checking & supervision of Day-to-day activity of Accounts Dept.
  • Responsible for Fixed assets register/Statutory Register/inventory accounting/billings & collections; analysing and Presenting periodic financial statements & various MIS reports.
  • Ensuring all banking transactions & updating bank account reconciliation timely Manner.
  • Monitoring Receivables for Commission business and preparing debit notes/credit notes.
  • Knowledge of outward & Inwards foreign remittance transactions.
  • Employee Payroll : Processing monthly salary payroll calculation and reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of employee investment updates
  • Responsible for calculating Tax Liability of Individuals employees for Pay roll processing.
  • Timely Payment of statutory compliance such as PT, PF, ESIC and Follow up with relevant department and consultant.
  • Timely issue Form 16 & Form 16 A
  • Leave Encashment & Gratuity valuation reports as per AS 15
  • Audits :
  • Responsible for the smooth completion of Internal & statutory audit requirements.
  • Responsibility for tax audits & Annual GST return.
  • Co-ordinate and Ensuring for filling Income Tax Returns for the Group Companies.
  • Timely replying to the Notice of Income Tax Department/TDS Department.
  • Oversee Filling Income tax Return and attending tax Authorities for assessment and appeals purpose.
  • Inventory:-
  • Keeping track of Inventory levels and preparing stock statements.
  • Reviewing, investigating, and correcting errors and inconsistencies in financial entries and documents that lead to transparency in reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Additional Roles:
  • Coordinating with the company secretary for ROC compliance activity of the company.
  • Coordination with consultant - Labor Compliances & PF Implementation Gratuity Working & Valuation.
  • Coordinating with the company secretary for compliance activity of the company.
