The person will be responsible for:Accounts (50%)

  • Accounting (familiarity with Tally, Zoho is needed)
  • Billing and invoicing
  • Preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet
  • Calculation and fi ling of GST & TCS
  • PF payment
  • Payroll and bank fund transfers
  • Liaising with auditors, CS fi rm for audits and annual fi lings
  • Preparing MIS for the management

Administration (20%)

  • Ensuring that the offi ce and the various assets are maintained well.

Human Resources Management (20%)

  • Recruitment
  • Performance tracking
  • Training Coordination

Legal Coordination (10%)

  • Coordinating with the legal advisors when required

Candidate Requirement:

  • Education: Graduate/ Post graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: Relevant experience (Min 4 years) in preferably the travel industry.
  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to lead a team and work closely with them to deliver results
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with result-oriented actions (we are a startup!)
  • Takes ownership of the business and is able to priorities accordingly
  • Strong customer relationship management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
