The person will be responsible for:Accounts (50%)
- Accounting (familiarity with Tally, Zoho is needed)
- Billing and invoicing
- Preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet
- Calculation and fi ling of GST & TCS
- PF payment
- Payroll and bank fund transfers
- Liaising with auditors, CS fi rm for audits and annual fi lings
- Preparing MIS for the management
Administration (20%)
- Ensuring that the offi ce and the various assets are maintained well.
Human Resources Management (20%)
- Recruitment
- Performance tracking
- Training Coordination
Legal Coordination (10%)
- Coordinating with the legal advisors when required
Candidate Requirement:
- Education: Graduate/ Post graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Relevant experience (Min 4 years) in preferably the travel industry.
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to lead a team and work closely with them to deliver results
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with result-oriented actions (we are a startup!)
- Takes ownership of the business and is able to priorities accordingly
- Strong customer relationship management skills
