Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
• Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership

Financial Management & Compliance

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and cash flow
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal financial policies
• Oversee external and internal audit processes

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor project costing, profit and loss statements, and key performance metrics
• Implement reporting tools to improve financial visibility and decision-making

Funds Management

• Assist vendor payments and ensure timely disbursement

Payroll & General Accounting

• Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits disbursement, and salary compliance
• Ensure accurate and timely general ledger maintenance and reconciliation

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (ACCA, CA, or equivalent preferred)
• Minimum 2+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles
• Strong understanding of project costing, audit protocols, and P&L reporting
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Salary : Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 100,000/ month
