  • Maintain organized filing systems—digital and physical—for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the executive office and internal departments.
  • Coordinate internal events, meetings, staff communication, and general office activities.
  • Draft professional letters, reports, memos, and business correspondence.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly administrative and executive reports.
