- Screen phone calls, emails, and inquiries; prioritize and route information appropriately.
- Maintain organized filing systems—digital and physical—for easy retrieval of documents.
- Act as a communication bridge between the executive office and internal departments.
- Coordinate internal events, meetings, staff communication, and general office activities.
- Draft professional letters, reports, memos, and business correspondence.
- Prepare weekly/monthly administrative and executive reports.
