Asst. Manager Civil Projects O&M TSK

Role description

Civil Maintenance inside running plant. Responsible for driving the special civil projects at TSK under O&M group and ensure implementation of strategies to optimize cost, time, quality & ensure safety by following all statutory norms.

Skills

Implement construction schedule, work plan, and monitor day to day progress and prepare progress updates.

Co-ordination with stakeholders for timely deliveries of services and materials at site.

Manage contract workers deployment at site and ensure safe work procedure.

Identification of needs arising during the project executions & escalation of issues for timely actions.

Co-ordinate with vendor partners for man, materials, and machine to meet the construction schedule & project timeline.

Ensure implementation of work SOPs, Quality, Safety rules & standards at site.

Interface with customer department for resolution of day-to-day issues and ensure site work progress.

Documentation of job, drawings, prepare progress reports and MIS.

Collaborate with team members and business partners to improve productivity at site.

Managing contract resources and internal team for daily site progress.
