Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about projects and services.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain project calendars.
  • Assist clients with questions and concerns, providing timely solutions.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
  • Support the project management team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate or equivalent;
  • 5 year experience in construction or customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment.
  • Previous experience in a front office or customer service role preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
