Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about projects and services.
- Schedule appointments and maintain project calendars.
- Assist clients with questions and concerns, providing timely solutions.
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
- Support the project management team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate or equivalent;
- 5 year experience in construction or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment.
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role preferred.
