Asst. Manager E & I

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule routine and emergency maintenance for electrical systems (MCCs, distribution panels) and instrumentation (sensors, actuators, transmitters).
• Troubleshoot, program, and calibrate PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADA, DCS, and HMI systems.
• Ensure high uptime of filling, bottling, and processing machinery.
• Supervise contractors for installation, upgrades, and maintenance projects.
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with company policies (e.g., SHE-PAR) and local electrical codes.
• Manage spare parts inventory, raise indents for replacements, and maintain updated wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and SLDs.
• Lead and train E&I technicians to improve technical capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens/Allen-Bradley PLCs, VFDs, and industrial instrumentation.

Qualifications:

• Education: BSc/BE in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering (HEC recognized university).
• Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in E&I maintenance, specifically within the food & beverage or FMCG industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
