Job Title: Assistant Manager – Human Resources

Job Summary
The Assistant Manager – Human Resources supports the HR Manager in overseeing all HR functions at the resort, ensuring smooth workforce operations aligned with hospitality standards. This role plays a key part in recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, training, and maintaining a positive workplace culture within a luxury resort environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for resort operations.
- Support employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and hospitality regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance service standards.
- Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.
- Promote employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
- Support succession planning and talent development strategies.
- Assist management in policy implementation and HR best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or resort operations.
- Knowledge of Spanish labor laws (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office.
- Fluency in English; Spanish is an advantage.
