Asst. Manager I.T

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless network operations, system reliability, and technical support across all devices and platforms. This role demands hands-on expertise in networking, hardware/software troubleshooting, and systems management.

• Configure, monitor, and maintain Wi-Fi routers, switches, and firewalls
• Manage LAN/WAN connectivity and optimize network performance
• Oversee public sharing networks and ensure secure access protocols
• Maintain and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices
• Ensure timely updates, backups, and antivirus protection across systems
• Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software issues
• Handle email domain configurations, DNS records, and MX settings
• Resolve email delivery issues and manage user accounts across platforms
• Monitor and maintain ERP servers for optimal uptime and performance
• Troubleshoot and maintain CCTV systems, DVRs/NVRs, and IP cameras
• Ensure secure storage and accessibility of surveillance footage

Degree or certificate in related field with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in IT management or Network administration.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
