Asst. Manager - Legal

• To provide legal advisory services, effective management of legal and contractual risks & to assist Legal Executive in follows up on the ongoing cases in litigation.
• To represent on behalf of company as complainant for filing of compliant to Police Department in connections with misappropriation, frauds, embezzlement, theft, cheating or any criminal acts of parties dealing with the company.
• To issue the notices of demand for payments from customers in case of delayed or non-payments.
• To assist in obtaining bank guarantees from the parties and assist in documentation for invocation / revocation, to maintain the original bank guarantees provided by the parties & follow up on their renewal or revocation within time.
• To identify and manage legal risks, in relation to any third party commercial agreements entered into by the company or related entities & to draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and related legal documentation.
• To draft of all types of agreements for company, as per law of land with detailed clarity of its objectives and obligations & to conduct preliminary discussion with the business to ascertain the business requirements
• To provide first cut draft and obtain the views / inputs of the business, if any, to incorporate the same in the contract & to review the modifications made by the vendors / service providers.
• To facilitate the finalization and closure of all outstanding issues through meetings and or call conferences along with the business and vendor teams & to support, co-ordinate with all departments for resolution on legal matters.
• Advise the concerned departments and provide opinion based on legal point of view and to analyze the facts of the referred subject, apply the applicable acts / laws / rules / regulations provide the opinion on the query.

Contract Management experience is mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
