Asst. Manager Maintenance

- Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of press shop equipment

- Ensure minimal downtime and optimal machine performance

- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

- Coordinate with production and quality teams for seamless operations

- Maintain documentation and compliance with safety standards

Desired Profile:

- BE/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

- Hands-on experience with mechanical presses

- Strong troubleshooting and team management skills

- Knowledge of TPM, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing practices

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
