Role and Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibility

1. Preventive Maintenance Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all machines and utilities (excluding those under AMC).
• Ensure planned maintenance activities are executed effectively to minimize unexpected breakdowns.

2. Machine Health and Availability

• Maintain all production and utility equipment in optimal working condition.
• Monitor performance parameters and take pre-emptive actions to reduce unplanned downtime.

3. Breakdown Maintenance

• Attend to and resolve breakdowns promptly upon intimation from the Production Department.
• Ensure root cause analysis and preventive action to avoid repeat failures.

4. Spare Management

• Identify critical spares and maintain minimum stock levels for all machines/utilities.
• Plan and arrange timely procurement of spares in coordination with Purchase/Stores.

5. Documentation & KPI Monitoring

• Maintain and update records as per the defined procedure and instructions
• Track key maintenance process measures (MTBF, MTTR, Breakdown Hours, etc.).
• Submit monthly performance reports to Plant Head and Quality Head.
• Initiate corrective actions if maintenance targets are not achieved.

Secondary Responsibility

• Development of spares to reduce downtime and improve productivity / machine utilization
• Modify and upgrade machines for enhanced safety, performance, and productivity.
• Coordinate with external vendors for installation of new machines and major repairs.
• Assist in plant layout modifications and utility re-routing as per instructions from Plant Head.
• Support energy-saving initiatives and monitor utility consumption (Air, Water, Power, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
