Asst. Manager/ Nursery Admin

A well reputed nursery in Sharjah is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Nursery admin/Asst Manager (female) to join their team.

As a Nursery admin/Asst Manager your duties will include:

  • Support and manage the day-to-day academic, operational, and administrative functions of the nursery, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Assist the Nursery Manager in maximizing enrolment by providing admissions support, handling parent inquiries, conducting nursery tours, and ensuring a seamless admissions process.
  • Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact for parents, children, visitors, and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships with both prospective and existing families.
  • Support the Nursery Manager in ensuring the effective delivery of the curriculum through developmentally appropriate learning experiences and activities.
  • Maintain accurate student records, attendance registers, admission documentation, and other administrative reports as required.
  • Manage routine accounting and financial administration tasks, including invoice generation, fee collection follow-ups, petty cash management, expense tracking, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Liaise with the accounts department and support the Nursery Manager in preparing financial reports and reconciliations as required.
  • Handle licensing, permit renewals, and regulatory documentation, ensuring timely submission of applications and compliance with relevant government regulations and approval processes.
  • Coordinate with government departments and external agencies regarding licensing, inspections, approvals, and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with nursery policies, procedures, and applicable regulations at all times.
  • Assist in coordinating staff schedules, meetings, events, and day-to-day operational requirements.
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities while effectively managing administrative tasks, communications, and parent relations.
  • Ensure the nursery premises are maintained to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and quality, and remain compliant with the requirements of all relevant regulatory and government authorities.
