Brandbuddiez Technologies Pvt Ltd is a leading D2C enabler, helping brands streamline operations, optimise costs, and scale efficiently through our integrated eCommerce solutions.
We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to support our growing operations team and ensure seamless execution across order management, payments, reporting, customer communication, and coordination with clients and internal teams.
Location - Mumbai, Andheri West (Only candidates who can commute daily will be considered)
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.
- Track delivery timelines and coordinate with logistics partners to resolve delays.
Payments & Accounts Coordination
- Monitor client and customer payments, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Work closely with the accounts team to reconcile invoices and payment records.
Reporting & Client Communication
- Prepare, analyse, and share timely operational and financial reports with clients.
- Maintain transparency with clients regarding orders, payments, and delivery status.
Product & Content Management
- Upload and update products, descriptions, and details on the website.
- Ensure all product information is accurate and up to date.
Customer Service
- Respond promptly to customer emails and WhatsApp queries.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, maintaining a high level of service.
Operational Efficiency
- Manage and optimise delivery costs to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Streamline operations by identifying gaps and implementing process improvements.
- Ensure smooth coordination across internal teams (sales, accounts, logistics) and clients.
Inventory Management
- Ensuring a proper stock of materials to ensure no sales loss
- Monitoring and management of available stock
- working with Virtual inventory
- Regular stock taking
Skills & Qualifications
- Master's/ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in D2C and eCommerce operations (mandatory).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Experience in coordinating with logistics, accounts, and customer support teams is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
