  • Assist in sourcing and procurement of materials and services.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities and inventory levels.
  • Manage vendor relationships and handle vendor performance issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand and fulfill their purchasing needs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet operational requirements.
  • Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support the Purchasing Manager in developing and implementing procurement policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
