100% Export Oriented Knit garments Factory. is looking for Asst. Manager - QMS

Job Description / Responsibility

• Lead the quality audit (QFI) team for final inspections and report to the Head of Quality. Act as the brand representative in manufacturing facilities.
• Lead the Quality, technical & traceability audit.
• Develop the Quality Manual & ensure the proper implementation where needed.
• Develop the quality SOP & make sure the proper implementation.
• Oversee order execution up to shipment, maintaining brand standards and on-time delivery.
• Implement brand QA manuals, conduct monthly technical audits, liaise with brand QA teams, and ensure zero inspection failures or NCI at DC.
• Evaluate styles, review pilot/size sets, and attend PP meetings for proactive improvements.
• Identify, analyze, and eliminate garment defects through demanding corrective actions from the factory production team.
• Handle fittings, technical issues, and product evaluations; confirm sample requirements before submission to the brand.
• Organize technical training as per brand specifications and develop the factory team to meet brand expectations.
• Introduce new quality methods to boost efficiency and proactively manage high-performance, complex styles.
• Handle periodic brand review meetings (Monthly FGP Performance, SABR, etc.).
• Manage quality parameters and data, aligned with QFIs on inspections and shipments, and follow up on inspections schedule and smooth delivery.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 8 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Requirements

Quality Management Certifications such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor will get more preference.
