Asst. Manager Quality Control

Perform Quality Control testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished cosmetic products.
Conduct and review analytical testing using instruments such as HPLC, UV, FTIR, and other relevant equipment.
Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and relevant cosmetic regulations.
Review and approve test results, batch records, and quality documentation.
Support investigations of deviations, OOS results, and customer complaints.
Coordinate with Production, R&D, and Regulatory teams to maintain quality standards.
Train and supervise QC analysts.
Participate in internal and external audits and implement corrective actions
Maintain laboratory cleanliness, data integrity, and safety standards
Qualifications & Skills
Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology, or a related field
4–6 years of experience in Quality Control within the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry
Sound knowledge of GMP, ISO, and PNAC audit requirements.
Independently perform, review, and validate HPLC analysis for routine testing, stability studies, and method verification.
Fully experienced in HPLC operation, method development/validation, troubleshooting, and data review
Experience with analytical testing and quality documentation
Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month

Experience:
